Ipswich Underwater Hockey Club welcomes junior and adult players of all abilities to learn, train and enjoy the sport together.
Everyone starts somewhere.
We are a community club offering underwater hockey for juniors and adults in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
Beginners can learn the basics at their own pace, while established players can develop their skills through regular training and competition. Sessions focus on teamwork, fitness and the enjoyment of playing together.

The club has grown through the dedication of volunteers, players and the wider underwater hockey community. We have developed consistent training and a welcoming culture built on teamwork and respect.
Our junior section gives young players a route from introductory sessions into regular training and, where appropriate, senior participation.
Supportive, safe and open to all.
Experienced volunteers run sessions with an emphasis on safeguarding, good coaching and club governance. We also work with the local community to introduce more people to underwater hockey.
